Please consider our request, on behalf of the ABWA Neapolitan Chapter, for your participation in an incredible event, our ABWA Annual Holiday Celebration.   

Community businesses, organizations and individuals are encouraged to gather a group of 10, pick a theme, dress up, decorate their table, and celebrate with other organizations.  Sponsorship and donation opportunities are now available.  Table space is limited.  Individual tickets are also available.

There are several ways to be a part of this event.  Sponsorships are unlimited; however, attendance is based on first-come, first-serve payment … so, please respond quickly if you wish to pick a theme and purchase a table or tickets.   What a great way to show your employees your appreciation, or an opportunity to highlight your community or civic group (e.g. Kiwanis, Rotary, etc.).  Challenge another group to a “theme presentation” contest!    There will be no “winners” but, rest assured, there will be favorites.

It is the goal of ABWA Neapolitan to sell out this event.  There will be silent auctions, door prizes, games, magic and a constant buzz of activities.  Participate, show your support, and donate a silent auction item or door prizes.  Ticket price includes dinner, two drink tickets and entertainment.  Cash bar will be available.

Ideas and Suggestions for Theme Tables:

Beach Party – Use sand pails, shells, and umbrellas to dress up the table.  Guests could wear tropical attire, sunglasses and beach hats. 


America the Beautiful- Dress the table in traditional red, white and blue.  Allow table decorations to show your American spirit.  Invite Lady Liberty, George Washington or any of our founding Fathers as your special guests.

Touch of the Irish – There’s going to be a lot of green at this table.   We’ll look for shamrocks, beer mugs and “Kiss me I’m Irish” buttons.  Great way to share your heritage!

 Wedding Party – Here’s a great idea to go a little crazy. Classic white is always an option, but why not get out those old bridesmaid dresses and put them to use.  Decorate as classical or fun as you feel.   Wrap the chairs in ribbon and make a statement with the centerpiece.

Wild, Wild West – Okay, cowboys and cowgirls, bring OK Corral to town.  Maybe a Saloon girl will be in attendance.  Set the table in canteens and bed rolls. Table décor could include lassos, bandanas and 10 gallon hats.  (Sorry, but the steed will have to be left with the valet while you’re at the watering hole.)

It’s a Jungle Out There - Wild Animals and greenery invade this safari.  Bring your binoculars and cameras, dress in khaki shorts and shirts.  Be sure to know who your Guide is on this adventure.

Bankers and Investors – Bring the NASDAQ to your table.  Dress up in suits and ties, no casual Friday here.   The Wall Street Journal and Investors Daily should be available.

Casino Night  - This is an easy on …  just putting it out there.

50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s - Pick your favorite era, dress your table in retro and decorate with all that memorabilia hidden in your closet.  Let’s see who makes the best Elvis and if there are any Poodle Skirts hidden away.

Go Team!!  Here’s a chance to show off your Team Spirit, whether it’s NFL, NHL, ECHL, NBA or MLB.  Bring your jersey, gear and foam fingers, dress your table in your team colors, and be ready to cheer.

A Night at the Movies - Scarlett, Bond–James Bond, Captain Kirk, Hans Solo, Dorothy, Borat or Nemo.  Pick your favorite movie and set the stage at your table.  No Academy Awards, but you might get asked for an autograph.
